BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION
Click here to register your booth staff for exhibit badges. You should have received a confirmation email with your login information. Please let us know if you have not received your login information.
EXHIBITOR SERVICE KIT
You should also have received an email directly from FREEMAN, our official show contractor. FREEMAN will provide you with the Exhibitor Service Kit that includes all the necessary order forms to plan your exhibit. You may also access the exhibitor service kit via this link: Exhibitor Service Kit.
The display regulations for the exhibits are in accordance with the guidelines developed by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events. Please review the guidelines HERE and forward to your official booth decorator or stand builder. You will find further information in the FREEMAN exhibitor services manual. Show Management will strictly enforce the booth height restrictions, so please be sure to familiarize yourself with the guidelines.
EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTOR
If you will be using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor to construct a custom booth, please be sure to submit the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form, CLICK HERE!

EXHIBITOR LIABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM
As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, November 5 - 9, 2018, naming ESNA Expo, LLC (150 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 2920) as the certificate holder. The Additional Insureds must read as follows: Messe Duesseldorf North America, Pasadena Convention Center, and Strategen Consulting. ESNA has requested that Rainprotection serve as their insurance management company. In addition to being able to provide exhibitors with insurance, we are also collecting and verifying that all insurance certificates, regardless of the insurer, are verified for compliance.
