As Pepco's Communications Manager, Matthew leads the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for the more than 800,000 Pepco customers in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Matthew has held several roles with Pepco, including overseeing Pepco’s regulatory activity before the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia. Prior to joining Pepco, Matthew managed projects for a non-profit research firm and spent time as a legal fellow on a U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee staff. Matthew earned a B.A. in Political Science and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
